Breathe NH COPD Connect

Join Breathe NH and Nashua Senior Center for a free program open to individuals living with COPD and other respiratory conditions.  COPD Connect is a free educational program designed for people living wit COPD and other lung conditions, their caregivers, and anyone interested in learning more about managing lung disease, improving quality of life, and breathing easier.  COPD Connect includes two expert presenters, opportunities to ask questions, community resources, and time to connect with others.
